Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to SEBx
We are looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner who will be a key player in our scale-up journey at SEBx! Do you want to be part of creating a inhouse talent acquisition function from scratch while being able to access an extensive range of experiences, resources and networks from one of Europe’s strongest financial institutions? What you will do:
Talent is a strategic pillar and a key area to succeed with our mission at SEBx. As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner you will scan the market and find the next set of talents at SEBx. You will work closely with the recruiting manager so therefore we see that you are a true team player, who is longing to explore new ways of working and is a real doer! You will be part of a team that consists of a Talent Acquisition Partner/HR Coordinator and Head of HR/CFO.
The Tech Talent Acquisition role is quite new, and it’s safe to say that your responsibilities will change over time (for sure) but here are a few examples of your tasks and responsibilities:
- Leading the full recruitment cycle for various positions within tech
- Identify business needs and participate in creating a strategy for talent sourcing; find, attract, close and onboard new employees
- Be part of leading the operational process for talent acquisition
- Draft, build and scale a sustainable employer offering
- Communicate with candidates and partners to brand the SEBx workplace
What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years demonstrated experience from working with Talent Acquisition in the tech area
- Previous experience from the full recruitment cycle
- A person with great communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbally
- Someone who is feeling comfortable in exploring new ways of working
- Experience from working with recruitment in a tech start-up and/or scale up using headhunting through LinkedIn or equivalent platforms
- A hungry executer who is a collaborator by nature and a firm believer in teamwork
